Welcome to The Happy Bikers Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We’re bikers just like you — but when it comes to running a business, we play by the rules. These terms explain how we sell our products and digital downloads online.

By placing an order on www.thehappybikers.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

2. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to describe every product and digital download accurately. Colours, packaging, or slight variations may occur.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (ÂŁ) and include VAT (where applicable).


3. Ordering & Payment

You can place orders through our website using secure online payment. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Orders are accepted once payment is received in full.

If there’s an issue with availability or pricing, we’ll contact you straight away and offer a refund or alternative.


4. Delivery

Physical goods are shipped using trusted couriers. Delivery times vary by location but are typically within 3–5 working days (UK).
We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, but we’ll always help track down your order if there’s a problem.


5. Digital Downloads (e.g. Route Files)

Once you purchase a digital product (like a GPX route file or e-guide), you’ll receive instant access or a download link.
By downloading or accessing the file, you agree that your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once the download begins.

Digital products are for personal use only. You can ride, print, and enjoy them, but you can’t resell, share, or distribute them publicly.


6. Cancellations & Refunds (Goods)

You can cancel any physical goods order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as items are unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
To request a return, please email [email protected] quoting your order number.


7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 48 hours.
We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.


8. Pricing & Errors

If we make a pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the correct amount or offer a refund.
We reserve the right to update prices and product info at any time.


9. Liability

We’re riders, not lawyers — but here’s the legal bit:
Our total liability for any claim relating to goods sold is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We’re not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed rides, travel costs, or disappointment.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
