Welcome to The Happy Bikers Ltd motorcycle tours! Whether you’re joining us in the UK, Europe, or on a global adventure, these Terms & Conditions explain your booking rights, responsibilities, and our commitments.
By booking a tour or experience with The Happy Bikers Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
- A deposit of £100 per rider is payable to secure your spot.
- Full balance is due 6 weeks before the tour start date.
- Payments can be made via card, bank transfer, or other methods displayed at checkout.
3. Tour Inclusions
Our tours may include:
- Pre-planned motorcycle routes
- Guided riding support
- Accommodation and/or ferries (if indicated in your booking)
- Meals, events, or experiences (if specified)
Anything not included will be clearly stated at booking.
4. Rider Responsibilities
- You must hold a valid motorcycle license for the country where the tour takes place.
- Your motorcycle must be insured, road-legal, and mechanically sound.
- You ride at your own risk. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers motorcycling.
- Follow road laws, route instructions, and group guidance. We reserve the right to remove riders from the tour if safety is compromised (with no refund).
5. Age & Health Requirements
- Riders must be 18 or older (or accompanied by a legal guardian if younger).
- You should be fit to ride long distances and able to manage your motorcycle safely.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
By the Rider:
- Deposits are refundable up to 6 weeks before the tour, minus any non-recoverable costs.
- After that, cancellations are non-refundable, but deposits may be transferred to a future tour.
By The Happy Bikers Ltd:
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, weather, or safety concerns.
- In this case, a full refund of payments made will be issued, or you may choose to transfer to another tour.
7. Package Travel Regulations
Some tours may constitute a “package” under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
- Where applicable, financial protection ensures you receive a full refund if the tour is cancelled or we become insolvent.
- Details of coverage will be provided at booking.
8. Liability & Insurance
- Participation is at your own risk. Riding involves inherent dangers; accidents can happen.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.
- We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, lost items, or delays caused by external factors.
9. Changes to Tours
We may need to make minor changes to itinerary, accommodation, or services.
- Major changes (e.g., significant route alterations, accommodation changes) will be communicated before departure.
- You may accept the change, transfer to another tour, or request a full refund.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by English law, regardless of where the tour takes place.
Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
